You really can not make money the same way with a small construction firm, as everything is done by the big companies nowadays, so I realized that I could get far more money from selling houses with a TREC certified Texas real estate license, then from building them as a construction firm owner.
After your core real estate education is complete from an approved Texas real estate school you will need to have it evaluated. You will have to pay a $30 fee and file a form called the request for evaluation of education documents.
Once your evaluation is complete then it is just a matter of filing your application, paying your fees, taking a test and getting sponsored. One note, don’t forget to pay your student loans; you won’t be able to get your license unless you’re paying for your real estate education.
